NOTE: Follow the instructions that will appear on your screen. A small plug-in will be installed to allow IFIXPCZ to connect to you remotely. When it’s installed, you will be shown a 6-digit CLIENT ID that should be given to IFIXPCZ support to initiate the connection. You may need to restart your browser to allow the 6-digit CLIENT ID to appear. The remote connection will have to be accepted by you. The TERMS OF SERVICE document must be read and signed prior to any support work.
